Signs That May Warrant Further Investigation 

Not every crack in a driveway means there's a sinkhole. 

Homes naturally settle over time, especially in Florida's climate. However, buyers and homeowners should pay attention to issues such as: 

  • New or widening foundation cracks 

  • Doors and windows that suddenly stop closing properly

  • Depressions forming in the yard
