Charles "Chuck" Shaver
Charles “Chuck” Shaver, a Michigan native, has called Central Florida home for more than 30 years. He has been happily married for even longer and is deeply rooted in the community he serves. Since beginning his real estate career in 2001, Chuck has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and dedication. In 2020, he joined Keller Williams, where he continues to help buyers and sellers throughout Volusia, East Lake, Orange and Seminole Counties achieve their real estate goals.
Residing in Eustis, just outside of DeLand, Chuck is actively involved in his church and volunteers with No Longer Fatherless. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cycling, hunting, fishing, 3D archery, and disc golf.
Chuck is a graduate of Winter Park High School and holds degrees from both the Culinary Institute of America and Liberty University. Committed to lifelong learning, he regularly pursues advanced real estate education, stays current on homeowner assistance programs, and closely monitors market trends.
